Roll-over Model:
Purchase 50, 80, 120, or 160-hour blocks based on your needs. Unless extra validity is authorized and specified in the contract’s description section, these hour blocks have a utilization time validity of one to two months.
The hourly packages must be paid for in full at the start of the job. After MushLion Technologies gets the payment, your remote assistant will start working on the job. After you have used 80% of the hours you ordered, MushLion Technologies will send you the remaining recharge. If you renew with a new hourly package before your current purchased hours are up, your same dedicated remote assistance will still be working for you. If you don’t recharge it on time, your specialized remote help can be replaced with another resource with the same level of experience.
If a discrepancy results from MushLion Technologies’ inability to provide the services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions of the client’s contract, a refund shall be issued.
Fixed bid Model:
Before the project starts, pay 60% of the invoice amount in advance. You will receive work reports for the fixed bid project either daily or weekly. In order for MushLion Technologies to finish the project within the predetermined period, you must pay the 40% invoice balance after 50% of the project is finished. Within seven days of receiving the invoice, the final payment is due. MushLion Technologies retains the right to charge the client’s card for the remaining balance on the invoice if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
Should MushLion Technologies be unable to charge your card, then the agreed time frame to complete your project shall be termed null and void. MushLion Technologies does not provide any refund for the Fixed bid Model service. For the fixed bid Model, all payments are final, and MushLion Technologies does not issue refunds, but rather offers a satisfaction guarantee wherein we will correct your project within the constraints of the initial agreement.
